LEAD Scholars


Served as Selections Director for the LEAD program, overseeing and executing marketing efforts to recruit, inform, and engage prospective participants. Led the development and implementation of strategic outreach campaigns across digital platforms, tabling events, and in-person presentations to increase program awareness and application interest. Created compelling messaging that communicated LEAD’s mission, values, and opportunities while maintaining consistent branding across all promotional materials.


Collaborated with executive leadership and committee members to plan timelines, coordinate content, and adapt marketing strategies based on engagement and application trends. Utilized storytelling, student testimonials, and visual content to connect authentically with prospective students and encourage involvement. Analyzed outreach effectiveness and adjusted tactics to maximize reach, participation, and applicant quality. Through intentional communication, creativity, and data-informed decisions, contributed to a successful and competitive selection cycle that strengthened the program’s incoming cohort.
